Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer
oriented Vulnerability Security Analyst to join our team in the Hanover area to
provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and
rewarding career within ManTech.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
Candidate will have experience with NESSUS or Vulnerability Analysis scanning and
Command Cyber Readiness and will:
Maintain Enterprise Security
Engineering requirements utilizing some of all of the following tools: HBSS
Protection and Vulnerability Assessment Tools
Apply Cyber Security
Engineering and Network Security Engineering expertise to optimize IC Customers
enterprise protection posture
Recommend and participate in
activities that prevent repeated vulnerability attacks and resolve issues as
Provide and participate in
A&A support for projects and technical exchange meetings
Contribute to the deliverables for this requirement
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
in computer related field.
Five or more years of Network and/or Network Security experience
experience maintaining Enterprise Security Engineering requirements utilizing
some of the following tools: McAfee Host Based Security Services (HBSS),
ArcSight Security Information & Event Management, and vulnerability
Able to create/update policies
and procedures, developed/contributed to weekly/monthly/annual activity
reports, maintained statistics as needed.
Experience ensuring systems are configured according to Defense Information
Systems Agency Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Trusted
Facility and other IC Community Requirements as needed.
Possess a high degree of
initiative requiring minimal supervision
Must possess an active TS/SCI
clearance with SSBI within 5 years to be considered and must obtain and
maintain a polygraph. Candidates with fully adjudicated polygraphs will
be given first preference.
