This is a temporary assignment with Raytheon expected to last from 1-2 years, depending on program need. It is also an entry- to junior-level position that does not require a 4-year degree.
Work within a software development and testing team to develop, test and analyze software, primarily embedded systems using C++.
Troubleshoots and debugs existing errors.
Log errors and maintain documentation as required.
Understand program needs, objectives, functions, features, and input and output requirements.
Must have at least 2 years of professional experiencing developing and testing software utilizing C++.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
Experience using software version control tools.
Embedded systems software development experience is preferred.
Scripting experience with Python or BASH is desirable.
Active DoD Secret clearance is preferred.
Must have at least a high school diploma or GED.
This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
