KBR is seeking a programme / transformation director with experience of working in the Middle East to head up an exciting transformation programme in the delivery and estate and facilities management for a major client in Saudi Arabia.

The position will provide leadership and direction to the KBR team in Kingdom. Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to:

Building the collaborative working culture to ensure the success of the overall programme

Responsible for the change management process and delivery of change management initiatives

Ensuring that safety and security is actively managed on the project in accordance with KBR’s Zero Harm safety management process

Directing and monitoring the progress of the programme to ensure the client objectives are met and the client is delighted with the service provided, KBR reputation is enhanced and meets it commercial objectives, and all stakeholders are kept on side

Effectively interfacing with the Client Management Team and Client Supply Chain Leadership

Bringing industry best practice into the team

Shaping and positioning KBR for the subsequent phases of work, and highlighting the on-going benefits of the transformation program

The initial assessment and preparation phase is likely to be 6 months duration and the work may be done on a visiting basis with approx. 2/3 of the time spent in-Kingdom.

The delivery phase will be a number of years which will require the KBR Programme & Transformation Director to be resident in-Kingdom.

Qualifications:

Essential:

Degree in a relevant subject

Recognised qualifications in Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) or equivalent higher education qualification

Minimum of 20 years relevant work experience, preferably with a substantial amount of experience in facilities and estate management

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a business transformation and organisation design

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in successfully leading teams and change programmes

Experience of building integrated teams to work in a collaborative environment

Excellent communicator, leader and team builder, including in multi-national environments

Experienced in coaching

Experience of implementing recognised best practice business change and working on business transformation programmes

Preferred:

Experience of working in the region
