Design and develop web-based Information Systems for use on US Navy Ships.



  1. Plans, develops, tests, and documents US Navy Information System software.
  2. Generates new C# code and corrects, converts, and/or modifies existing code to meet specifications.
  3. Prepares detailed specifications from which code will be written. This includes software requirements documents, user stories and test plans.
  4. Writes and updates technical documentation such as users’ manuals, product specifications, and training materials.
  5. Performs a variety of testing procedures on assigned products, analyzes test results, and corrects problems.


5-8 years of programming experience.

Strong object oriented C# programming skills

Experience with version control software, such as SourceSafe, Subversion, Git (preferred), etc.



  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Desire, interest and proven capabilities to operate in a fast-paced team environment with distributed areas of expertise.
  3. A proven ability to initiate, investigate and solve technical issues with minimized technical oversight.
  4. Strong problem solving and debugging skills towards the identification and resolution of software issues.

        5.  A key interest and proven pursuit of a strong desire to increase scope and depth of technical expertise.



  1. Programming languages – C#, JavaScript. Experience with .Net Core and IIS a big plus.
  2. Relational Databases – Microsoft SQL Server, InfluxDB. Time series database experience a plus.
  3. Frameworks – Angular, Bootstrap, Typescript, and Entity Framework
  4. Experience working with DoD and in a CMMI environment a plus.
  5. Strong UI design and implementation skills.

Travel will be required, approx. 10-20% travel is not out of the ordinary.

  • Must have active Secret clearance.
