Description:Provide Organization Development consulting services and executive coaching to senior business leaders. Assess critical business issues and design and implement solutions to enhance the effectiveness of functions, programs, and the entire business area. Manage multiple organization development projects of varying degrees of complexity simultaneously. Provide consulting expertise and advice on organization design, organization effectiveness, and change management.
-Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 15 years or more of professional experience; or 13 years of professional experience with a Master's degree in Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HRD or a related field.
-Demonstrated ability and experience using consulting methodology with internal clients to diagnose organizational effectiveness issues and implement value-added solutions.
-Sound understanding and demonstrated application of Organization Design, Change Management, and Executive Coaching.
-Ability to travel for business required - 10 to 15%.
