Job Description Summary
Scope of Responsibilities:
Primary contact for all facility related issues such as maintenance and cleaning, floor plans, security and building access
Purchase office materials (supplies, furniture, technical equipment etc.)
Maintain inventories and follow up with vendors
Initiate and maintain relationships with various vendors
Support the general administrative work where required
Work with leadership team to support ad-hoc requests where required
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Possesses Excellent English communication skills (oral & written)
Possesses professional and customer service attitude
A high degree of professionalism and discretion
Willing to work on shift schedule, willing to be assigned in BGC or Makati
Can start immediately
