Intelligence, Information & Services (IIS) is seeking a Senior Recruiting Sourcer within the Talent Acquisition organization who will be responsible for sourcing various disciplines within the IIS business with primary focus on the Cybersecurity and Special Missions area. This person will strive to achieve and exceed staffing goals and objectives, and demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond to support recruiters and hiring managers with their sourcing needs. The successful person will be a motivated, process oriented sourcer with strong client and candidate management skills. To be successful in this role, the candidate must develop and maintain relationships with perspective candidates and be recognized as a trusted partner within the TA organization. This position requires the Sourcer to be assertive, work with a sense of urgency, and have a strong work ethic. The person must have demonstrated success using various sourcing techniques to find candidates for hard to fill positions, some requiring security clearances. This position can be virtual with a preference of having the position filled in Melbourne, FL
Partner with recruiters and source for positions within the Cybersecurity & Special Missions area and other areas within the IIS business as needed.
Manage a high volume of requisitions and candidates at all levels.
Use sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates such as online social networking, traditional networking, Boolean searches, and referrals.
Be proactive; actively engage with recruiters, provide ongoing status of sourcing activities and candidates
Use candidate relationship management skills to identify, qualify, and maintain candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate position criteria, determine candidate requirements, and sourcing options.
Conduct thorough phone interviews, contribute to candidate selection process.
Ensure consistent application of Talent Acquisition processes and policies, and maintain accurate, auditable employment records.
Attend local/national career events and conferences.
A minimum of 4 year recruiting experience with the primary focus on sourcing, in a high volume, fast paced work environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or 8 years of additional related work experience in lieu of a degree Corporate recruiting experience within a federal contracting environment
Proven ability to attract candidates with security clearances
Proven ability to source and network using current techniques and tools
Demonstrated success in developing and executing sourcing strategies
Demonstrated customer and candidate management abilities, and relationship building skills
Experience supporting remote customers
Effective verbal and written communicator at all levels in the organization
Demonstrated proficiency with web-based applicant tracking systems, internet search engines, and Microsoft Office programs particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Understand EEOC and OFCCP employment guidelines
Desired Qualifications: Experience recruiting in the defense industry
