RSS Finance is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Operations Finance team in Dallas, Texas.

The RSS Ops Finance team is responsible for overseeing and developing the Operations Material and Labor Earned Value and EACs primarily using PRISM EV. Primary responsibilities include cost and schedule control and analysis, earned value management, EAC preparation, project setup and NWA management for the RSS Production Programs. The selected candidate will collect and report data, analyze data for financial accuracy and trends, and prepare internal and external reports. The financial analyst will review actual costs, coordinate cost/schedule variance analysis, and independently ensure adherence to applicable policies and maintenance of financial discipline within the program team. Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis will be required and ability to partner with other functions and flexibility to meet business expectations is needed.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years related work experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical & problem solving skills while being able to multitask effectively
  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance is required
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.

Desired Skills:
  • Working knowledge of PRISM / PRISM EV and APEX
  • Working knowledge of Business Warehouse, ETC Tool, wInsight, PMX
  • Experience with increasing responsibility in the Government and Defense Industry
  • Experience in detailed program data analysis

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related discipline.
