Position Title: Sr. Subcontracts Administrator
Position Description/Job Responsibilities
Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Under active supervision, participates in managing Contractors engaged in construction activities for the Oil & Gas industry. Pre-award activities include qualifies potential bidders, assembles and issues Invitations To Bid thru company's Contract Management system and assists with commercial & technical bid evaluations through contract award. Post-Award activities will include finalization and award of contracts, daily management during execution including communications, invoicing, status reports and contract close out.
Must have excellent communication and writing skills, attention to detail and commercial/risk awareness. 7 years experience in Subcontracts formation and administration. An undergraduate degree in Construction Science, Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration provides an excellent educational background for the position.
Primary Location: Company's Corporate office in Houston, Texas with future requirements to mobilization to project sites both domestic and international.
