Description:The position will provide direct support to the International Training Program for the execution of current and future contracts. The candidate will help determine customer requirements and translate these requirements into organizational plans which will include the development of statements of work (SOW), work breakdown structures (WBS), integrated master plans (IMP), risk assessments, schedules, and financial tracking tools. The candidate will also coordinate with Export Control as needed to execute the training plan. The candidate will have a high level overview of the program and will proactively address conflicts of schedule, initiatives, and plan execution. The candidate must interface with a multi-discipline team, program managers, external customers and subcontractors.
Minimum Educational requirement - Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Data analysis / generation using MS Office tools.
Ability to prepare and present various types of reports for senior management levels (internal and external).
Practitioners’ knowledge of budgeting and financial planning.
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to interface with persons of diverse international backgrounds.
Experience with MS-Word, PowerPoint, EXCEL
Travel may be required.
Project Management experience
Experience working international programs
Managing earned value programs
Ability to apply organizational, planning, management, problem solving, and execution skills in a multiple project environment
Independent and critical thinker who can prioritize across functional lines and anticipate requirements to facilitate a seamless operation
