    Talent Acquisition Coordinator

    Raytheon is looking for an entry level talent acquisition coordinator for a temporary assignment to provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team. The TA coordinator will handle interview requests submitted by recruiters and communicate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews in a fast paced environment.
    TA coordinators are responsible for tracking interviews in our applicant tracking system, arranging travel for candidates, send applications, submit candidate travel expenses to accounts payable and send welcome letter to new hires. This position will be supporting the recruitment of professional recruitment efforts for Raytheon’s Global Business Services (GBS) located in Billerica, Ma

    Required Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
    • Excellent telephone communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to multitask

    Desired Skills:
    • Experience using an applicant tracking system such as Brassring
    • Minimum Education Required: High School
    • This is a temporary position
    • Not eligible for Raytheon benefits
    • Pay is via a third party vendor
    • This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
