Responsible for accountability and control of Company and Government owned tooling and test equipment by overseeing the performance and operation of the SAS North Texas Property Custodial network, who conduct physical inventories, record updates, and calibration operations. This position ensures inventory compliance and conducts system updates, asset tagging/RFID tagging and custodial training. Individual will be required to perform data analysis and use analytical tool sets to create and maintain metrics for various processes. In addition, candidate will maintain functional records in support of internal and external audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures and the management of supply orders for the organization.

This role requires superb communication skills, a technical mindset, responsibility to manage projects concurrently, and an ability to independently work in a collaborative environment. The individual will read, interpret and ensure compliance to Company Policies and Procedures. To this end, they will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the system and will be accountable for assets throughout their life cycle and assisting with audits for internal and external customers.

  • Minimum of 2 years of Asset Management or related work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access)
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.

  • Experience with escalation and audits
  • SAP/PRISM
  • Property Management Certifications – CPPS, CPPA, CPPM.

Required Education:
Bachelors Degree or higher

Desired Education:
NPMA (National Property Management Association) Certification
