Job Description

We have an outstanding opportunity for a Finance professional to join our team with responsibilities on the Air Traffic NAVigation, Integration, and Coordination System (ATNAVICS) program as well as in support of the Surveillance Product Line in Marlborough, MA. This position requires an individual capable of working in a fast paced and demanding environment while providing comprehensive financial support on several key Fixed Price and Cost-type contracts.

The primary responsibility will be to work with the ATNAVICS Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads as well as the Finance Business Mgr, to determine the most effective means to ensure cost and schedule control to maximize profitability while supporting the customer and, ultimately, the warfighter. ATNAVICS is a military Air Traffic Control system currently funded by the US Army & USMC, and is expected to expand internationally in 2019. The successful candidate will be responsible for all backlog and future awards in support of our USMC customer (Navair - Pax River, MD) for services, spares, & system upgrades requiring consolidation of two Raytheon Business areas located in Massachusetts and Florida.In addition, up-front planning and Earned Value (EV) baseline development will be required for subsequent awards anticipated throughout 2019. The position will require a continuous focus on maintaining adequate funding and authorizations through monitoring with the program team and proactive correspondence with the customers. Finance Program Control requirements include: monthly Earned Value (EV), customer reporting, timely customer invoicing/problem resolution to minimize Working Capital balances, and quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) analysis. Frequent interface with DoD Customers & IPT leads from Raytheon businesses in Mass and Florida is essential for successful execution of active contracts.
Additional responsibilities will include monitoring of key finance metrics for the Surveillance Product Line - Bookings, Sales, Profit and Cashflow. Specifically, the consolidation of 5 Programs serving DoD and FAA customers to develop monthly, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and 5 Year Plan (5YP) forecasts. Support to the Air Traffic (ATS) Business Area for Operations reviews and new business proposals may also be required.

Education:

Requires a related university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience.
