I.T. Support assists customers and staff with technical support of desktop computers, applications and related technology.


- Installs software and devices at customer locations to which they are dispatched.
- Provides basic training on device operation and maintenance to customers.
- Configures and implements document storage software.
- Provide MFP support and problem resolution at offsite customer locations.
- Answer onsite I.T. support calls to provide MFP support and problem resolution.
- Provide basic help desk and desktop application support and training to IOTEC personal.
- Administer server configuration, maintenance, application installation and support.
- Monitor server systems to ensure nominal operation, updates and backups.
- Monitor network health and availability.
- Isolate and resolve networking issues when they occur.
- Research new hardware, software systems and deploy them where needed.
- Provide recommendations on possible new solutions that may improve workflow and productivity.
- Works with System Administrator to purchase hardware and software.
- Other duties as assigned


- IT/Networking related experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
- High level of emotional intelligence with the ability to remain professional at all times
- Must have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Problem solving - gather and analyze information systematically, develop alternative solutions
- Genuine desire for continued growth and learning
- Team orientated
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record and proof of insurance
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills


- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
- This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds.
- Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites
- Subject to outdoor and indoor varying environmental conditions
- May spend several hours a day operating a motor vehicle
