Seeking candidates with a strong background and experience in supporting the life cycle/service of assets used by engineering, development and operations.

Candidates will enjoy using their strong strategic skills, as well as hands-on tactical experience in the support of SAS Engineering Labs. Candidates will employ their written and oral communications skills, working to support the product and services needs of SAS Engineering labs. Skills including supplier management, sourcing, request for quotation, purchase requisition creation/maintenance, production/inventory control, cost and schedule management experience are desired. Candidates must be comfortable in a multi-tasking environment.

Additional duties include, but not limited to, supporting customer/program requests for test equipment and supporting lab purchasing requests, asset management, engineering coordinator duties, PRISM/APEX order entry transactions, Aramis transactions, create metrics, enforcing lab standards and lab audit initiatives (i.e., Mission Assurance, Security, AS9100, etc.), drive continuous process improvement, The ESAT Coordinator/Planner will not only provide tactical support for the team but will work in conjunction with the other center Coordinators to support all SAS sites. This individual will be required to be “highly visible” within the program/customer base, partnering with our Lab and Section Managers to satisfy customer requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 4 years of related Engineering/Operations/Supply Chain experience
  • Knowledge of Engineering/Manufacturing and Operations Support
  • Experience presenting to all levels of management, team members, and customers
  • Experience working with Program Leadership and department level Section Managers
  • Experience in a cross functional team environment
  • Demonstrated success working and communicating across all organizational levels
  • Hands-on experience with purchasing, supply chain, planning, and production control
  • Excellent technical writing, oral communication, and inter-personal skills to achieve technical objectives
  • Possess strong people and change agent skills
  • US Citizenship

Required Education:
Bachelor’s Degree NOTE: In lieu of Bachelor's degree, candidate may also possess an Associate's degree with 8 years' related experience OR High school Diploma with 12 years' of related experience.?
