To support revenue analysis and recovery by attaining regulatory approval of rates. To serve as or support expert Company witness in support of various proposals before regulatory commissions.
Administer tariffs, respond to interrogatories, and submit compliance filings as needed for regulatory approval.
Carry out analysis to support tariff and pricing proposals in the context of general rate cases, comprehensive rate plan filings, tariff administration proceedings and other regulatory proceedings.
Responsible for assisting in the preparation of rate case costs of service and associated discovery responses, periodic regulatory filings and analysis as required by the regulator and other ad hoc analysis as required.
Communicate changes in rates and charges to a wide variety of internal stakeholders, employees and customers.
Supervisory/Interpersonal- Experience Required
Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills and confidence.
Team leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, engineering or related field
An advanced degree is preferable
2+ years of related experience in utility rates, gas or electric supply, forecasting, finance, or accounting
