About the role

To prioritise change projects and programmes based on business case evaluation and define a UK change portfolio that is agreed with UK executive and CFO.  To ensure this portfolio of change can be absorbed by the business and meets all UK strategic priorities and is within UK wide constraints.  To lead the resource management process within the UK Change Delivery team.    

  • Creates an annual UK change portfolio for sign off by Head of UK Change, UK CFO and UK Executive Director   
  • Manage the process of supplying change delivery resources to entity and functional change projects and programmes.  Works with procurement and change delivery manager to ensure the best fit resources are secured for the UK portfolio at the most efficient levels.  
  • Defines outcomes and constraints that UK change programmes should work with and deliver to
  • Ensures needs cases and business cases are prioritised against UK wide constraints and outcomes to develop a change portfolio that delivers strategic objectives, but also drives a volume of change that can be absorbed by the business (understands the overall change impacts of the UK business)
  • Manages in-year change to the UK Portfolio through tracking and reporting the performance of the UK change portfolio and its projects into the Exec Directors Hub. 

About you

  • Significant experience in portfolio management, prioritisation and reporting
  • Experience working with senior business stakeholders to influence decision making around defining and / or managing a portfolio of change
  • Understands change portfolio management and prioritisation  
  • Proven experience in financial and/or management accounting
  • You'll have a Degree level qualification or comparable industry experience
  • You will ideally have Portfolio, Programme and Transformation Management Qualifications, PEx LCS 2a or equivalent
