Position:  799-Acquisition Program Manager Type:  Full Time Location:  Dayton, Ohio

FTI is currently looking for an Acquisition Program Manager in Dayton, Ohio.  This position is responsible for providing expertise and assistance to the Government in application of a full range of acquisition program management philosophy, policies, and procedures to perform a wide range of acquisition management activities in support of the existing B-2 Defensive Management System (DMS) program.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the acquisition program management of full life cycle requirements, subsystems, and equipment
  • Responsible for Acquisition Reporting related to OSD requirements and ACAT 1 programs
  • Support the review of proposals as assigned by the customer
  • Assist with the development of Acquisition Milestone C documentation, such as:
  • Memorandum of Agreements/Memorandum of Understandings (MOA/MOU)
  • Statements of Objectives (SOO)
  • Performance Work Statements (PWS)
  • Statements of Work (SOW)
  • Requests for Proposal (RFP)
  • Depot Source of Repair (DSOR) Plans
  • Operational Requirements Documents (ORD)
  • Clinger-Cohen Act (CCA) documentation
  • Capability Development Documents (CDD)/Capability Production Documents (CPD)
  • Analysis of Alternatives (AoA)

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business (preferred) or related fields
  • Master’s degree in business or engineering preferred
  • DAU Project Management Certification preferred
  • 10 years’ experience or more of relevant experience required
  • Reporting experience highly desired especially related to OSD requirements and ACAT 1 programs
  • Recognized technical expert in field or concentrated management experience
  • Shows innovative uses of concepts
  • Strong organizational leadership skills a must; uses independent judgment when managing.
  • Identifies, promotes, and develops new business.
  • Sells and leads large projects or several of moderate scope
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to maintain a government security clearance
