We are currently seeking a proven, high performing, HR professional to fill a generalist role supporting multiple functions and 500+ employees within Raytheon’s Global Business Services organization. In this independent and fast-paced role, you will partner and collaborate with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders at all levels in the organization to understand and support business strategies and objectives. As a strategic partner, the successful candidate will apply HR solutions in a proactive manner, driving HR strategy aligned to business strategy. This role will be responsible for building strong relationships with leadership, influencing a positive, collaborative and productive work environment for leaders and employees and promoting employee advocacy. The successful candidate demonstrate an understanding of when and how HR can support business growth and performance across our heavily matrixed environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as a Coach to leadership, increasing their understanding and application of HR processes, as well as guiding them in managing employee relations concerns and performance management situations
  • Lead HR activities for your groups including but not limited to, Talent acquisition, Performance management, Leadership development, Compensation planning, Employee development, Succession planning and HR Review activities while ensuring compliance in all areas
  • Develop actionable project plans that support our client groups in the areas of organizational effectiveness & organizational development
  • Support the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Educate business partners and employees on HR policy, process and practice to ensure effective execution and compliance with policies
  • Effectively resolve employee relations issues through partnership and influence with managers and employees, lead timely investigations through conclusion when appropriate

  • Minimum of six years of relevant Human Resources experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience conducting employee investigations and managing employee issues
  • Experience leading HR programs (Compensation, Performance Management, HR Review, Succession Planning,)
  • Experience working with and building partnerships at with levels of leadership
  • Able to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment
  • Strong collaborator and strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational/follow-up skills and the ability to prioritize and drive multiple and diverse tasks to closure concurrently
  • Must be willing to work in our Greenville, TX facility twice monthly at a minimum
  • Infrequent travel required, a minimum of once quarterly up to 25% domestically

Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree and 6 years relevant experience
