Raytheon is seeking Counterintelligence Referents to support customer activities in Tampa, Florida. Successful candidates will have significant expertise and experience in supporting unique sensitive Special Operations missions and activities. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility on day one of employment.
Travel – Position will require CONUS and OCONUS travel
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as a CI Subject Matter Expert and advisor and be the focal point for CI issues
  • Provide real-time CI collaboration, strategic policy development, and guidance to existing and future sensitive activities
  • Develop and recommend comprehensive CI awareness and vulnerabilities assessments
  • Provide professional multimedia and written reports as directed
  • Coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups
  • Develop, research, produce and present CI products and support as required
Required qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship and valid U.S. Passport
  • Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Current CI poly (within the last 5 years) or able to obtain a CI poly as directed
  • Minimum of 10 years military experience as an Counterintelligence Agent or equivalent service/interagency occupational specialty focused on HUMINT operations and the conduct of counter surveillance/surveillance detection
  • Graduate of military or equivalent Interagency advanced skill associated courses
  • Graduate of JCITA Advanced CI Collections Course
  • Graduate of the Defense Strategic Debriefers Course (DSDC)
  • Experience providing support to Sensitive Activities conducted by SOF units or Commands at the O-5 level or above (Battalion, Group, TSOC)
