Raytheon High Consequence Missions is seeking Counterintelligence Referents to support customer activities in Tampa, Florida. Successful candidates will have significant expertise and experience in supporting unique sensitive Special Operations missions and activities. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility on day one of employment.
Travel – Position will require CONUS and OCONUS travel

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Research, develop and present SI CI products at the operation and strategic levels.
  • Serve as a CI Subject Matter Expert and advisor and be the focal point for CI issues
  • Provide real-time CI collaboration, strategic policy development, and guidance to existing and future sensitive activities
  • Develop and recommend comprehensive CI awareness and vulnerabilities assessments
  • Provide advice to improve the CI posture of supported activities.
  • Coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups
  • Develop, research, produce and present CI products and support as required
Required qualifications:
  • 7 years of combined experience with the conduct of counterintelligence functions/activities:
  • CI Agent or equivalent service/inter-agency occupational specialty focused on HUMINT operations.
  • U.S. Citizenship and valid U.S. Passport
  • Current Top Secret clearance with CI POLY
  • Graduate of JCITA Advanced CI Collections Course or Advanced Counterintelligence Collections Course (ACICC). Equivalent CI Badge and credential producing courses will be accepted.
