Job Description

• Performs non routine and complex assignments involving responsibility for planning and conducting a complete project of relatively limited scope or a portion of a larger and more diverse project may supervise and train junior technicians.

• The position will require at a minimum the ability to determine test requirements, equipment modification, and test procedures; conducts tests using all types of instruments; analyzes and evaluates tests results, and prepares reports on findings and recommendations.

• Will work directly with the Customer to perform a detailed analyzes of technical data to determine applicability to design problems; selects from several possible design layouts; calculates design data; and prepares layouts, detailed specifications, parts lists, estimates, procedures, etc.

• Naval 2M solder techniques

• Schematic, Naval Publication, Wire Diagram comprehension

• Naval Engineering standard practice understanding – documentation, qualification, auditing, and configuration management

• Aviation Platform Communication Standards understanding

• FPGA and firmware load process understanding

• MH-60 platforms or Similar

• Interface Unit Automatic Data Processor

• MK-54 Umbilical Harness

• Sonomux

• AN/USM714


• SOP development

• ATP development

• Engineering Investigation Participation
