SAIC has a contingent job opportunity for a Program Manager to support an Army customer in Sierra Vista, AZ.
The Program Manager provides business, technical and personnel management across multiple disciplines. The Program Manager is responsible for the overall, day-to-day management. The Program Manager schedules and assigns work to subordinates and subcontractors and monitors progress and resolves discrepancies to ensure compliance with work/quality standards and contract/task order requirements. The Program Manager ensures that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order(s) are implemented within estimated timeframes and budget constraints. The Program Manager reports orally and in writing to contractor management and government representatives. The Program Manager will serve as the Contractor's authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer's Representative/Technical Representative (COR/COTR), government management personnel, and agency representatives.
BASIC EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Master's degree from an accredited institution, plus twelve (12) years or more of related experience. Post Graduate/Advanced degree strongly preferred.
Experienced delivering seamless, enterprise-level Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management common-user services and operating, managing, and defending the DoDIN-A in support of the United States Army worldwide.
Managing program cost, performance and schedule, ensuring program execution is in compliance with Performance Work Statement, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan and company policies and established business metrics for program.
Specializing in current and new systems at various lifecycle stages, and any future applications/systems not currently identified by the US Army.
Concentrated expertise in the areas of operational and technical engineering support including but not limited to design, implementation, testing, integration, interoperability, life cycle, and sustainment of information technologies comprising Army’s Enterprise capabilities, hardware, software, and initiatives. This includes capabilities and initiatives such as classified and unclassified environments, NetOps, cyber operations, cyber defense, cyber centers, data centers, information technology management, networking, telecommunications, transport, information assurance, information security, databases, storage, knowledge management, backup/continuity of operations, identity and access management, computer services, virtualization, and cloud computing.

PMP certification in hand or working towards it
Ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Top Secret Clearance
