Plans, coordinates, and conducts training and related instructional programs for customer personnel.

Organize and evaluate training, teach application skills, installation techniques, Help technicians improve skills, direct classroom and training location daily activity.

Must be knowledgeable of and experienced in the formulation and execution of organizational training programs.


Must be experienced to assess training requirements, identify and evaluate training alternatives, develop training materials to include a variety of training approaches: traditional classroom, programmed learning, hands-on, simulation, video, audio, and computer aided training.


Must be capable of instructing personnel from prepared course material.


3-5 years of directly related experience in course instruction. Senior roles require 8-12 years experience.

The DCGS-A Training team members shall possess verifiable Army Military Intelligence/training experience and shall be experienced in the execution of intelligence training/operations relating to their training track (All Source, GeoINT, IMINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, or Weather. Travel Required.
ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance required.

Associates Degree in the fields of Human Resources or Business. 4-8 years of directly relevant technical experience may be substituted for education. 


Bachelor's degree preferred.
