Job Description:
Based in Dallas, TX and within the SAS ISRS Radar Sensor Systems (RSS) classified business area. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication with good presentation skills and the ability to frame and interpret issues for the finance team; passionate, energetic leader, capable of driving results; broad business-oriented thinker with an enterprise perspective; strong interpersonal skills and teamwork; and an ability to deal successfully with complexity and ambiguity while adhering to RTN policies, FAR and GAAP.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of directly related professional work experience
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Must have existing Top Secret security clearance (with SSBI)
  • Candidate must be able to communicate concisely and effectively with all levels of management
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in program controls
  • Experience with DOD Contract Financing, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR)
  • Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) implementation and execution
  • Experience with Financial Planning and Analysis, Pricing and Estimating

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced work environment
  • Ability to provide management and oversight to employees
  • Working knowledge of SAP, APEX EV, PRISM, Business Warehouse, wInsight, MPM and PMX
  • Ability to identify and quantify risk & opportunities
  • Strong sense of commitment to meeting deadlines

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline and 8+ years of directly related professional work experience

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment.
