Project Coordinator – Engineering

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for all phases of planning and execution on a small (typically less than $10 million total installed cost) project or may be responsible for a segment of a larger project. Possesses knowledge of the respective industry. May also serve as a proposal manager for small projects. Job role has budgetary accountability.

Work is located at a client site in Circleville, OH. No per diem or relocation will be offered.

Responsibilities

Planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company

Day to day contact and communication with clients and project teams

Managing project execution to contractual requirements

Ensure satisfactory basic data is provided in the Minor Project request (MPR) form before releasing job to site team for scheduling

Participate in site-wide minor capital projects process improvement initiatives

Requirements/Qualifications

Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering and a minimum of 7 years related experience, with average experience of 10-15 years

Experience in Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc...) is required
