Researches, designs and develops signal and image collection, processing and dissemination systems.
Develops requirements analysis, system architecture, and integrates new signal and image processing technology systems.
Designs, develops and analyzes systems for the extraction of information from signal and image sensors.
Systems utilization include detection and estimation theories, speech processing, and neural networks; electromagnetic and acoustic effects on signals; and implementation of signal processing with advanced computer architectures.
Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the field.
General knowledge of other related disciplines. Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet outlined objectives. Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance.
Work is reviewed by management to measure whether objectives have been met.
Provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Solutions are imaginative, thorough, practicable and consistent with organization objectives.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience or 5 years of direct experience with Signals intelligence.
TS/SCI with Counter Intelligence (CI) Poly - must be able to obtain Full Scope Poly.
