Raytheon High Consequence Missions is seeking Technical Operations Specialist to support customer activities in Tampa, Florida. Successful candidates will have significant expertise and experience in supporting unique sensitive Special Operations missions and activities. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility on day one of employment.
Travel – Position will require CONUS and OCONUS travel
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide recommendation for pre-deployment technical training platforms increasing proficiency during Staff Mission Brief (SMB) and remote locations
  • Participate in daily Battle Rhythm Events
  • Provide platforms technical support
  • Serve as a Technical Operations Subject Matter Expert and advisor and be the focal point for Technical Operations-related issues
  • Analyze and report on specified entities and organizations capabilities as directed
  • Utilize ECN and DOZEN Fires networks
  • Support related technical operations as required
  • Draft and coordinate technical cables
  • Participate in staff functions, planning, and daily events as required
Required qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship and valid U.S. Passport
  • Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Current CI poly (within the last 5 years) or able to obtain a CI poly as directed
  • Minimum of 10 years combined experience in technical operations to include, at a minimum, each of the following:
  • 3 years SOF or Special Mission Units operational experience conducting advanced technical training and operations.
  • ECN/GCOMS/DOZEN Fires coordination and cable writing
  • of experience providing technical operations support to SOF units or commands
  • Graduate of military or equivalent Interagency advanced skill associated courses
  • Graduate of the Special Forces Surveillance Operators Course
  • Experience using Falcon View, Google Earth, C2PC, Map Point, MS Office and MS Windows
  • Knowledge of RF communications, propagation and antenna theory
  • Experience with CUT (commercial applications, VPNs, COTS TSCM and SIGINT)
