Responsible for administering products serviced in the Largo repair facility. Primary responsibility will be to establish and consistently administer order entry to delivery processes in support of Depot repairs for a wide variety of programs. Candidate will serve as the interface between external customers communicating with Raytheon as well as coordinate with other cross-functional departments interfacing with manufacturing Operations. Other responsibilities may include:

  • Review of terms and conditions contained in contracts and purchase orders received from customers
  • Management of Import/Export, interfacing with Internal and External customers, export compliance, and Raytheon General Trade Organization
  • Working with Contracts offices and external customers to insure international and contractual requirements are followed while serving as the liaison for all cross-functional teammates handling Depot
  • Interfacing with and providing status to Program Management, Contracts Administration, Customers, and other departments to ensure that commitments are achieved as promised
  • Working with Property and Logistics to process inbound assets and create outbound deliveries to return assets back to the customer
  • Transact inbound material movements, service notifications, and shippers within the MRP inventory system (PRISM)
  • Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) reporting within an external Government system
  • Prepare and distribute CDRL data to the customer as required per contractual requirements
  • Serve as an subject matter expert within the organization, providing training, coaching, and support as needed to keep the business moving during challenging situations unique to Depot
  • Prepare metrics data for Programs and/or the organization such as site backlog, WIP, MRP health, etc.

Required Skills:
  • A minimum of 4 years related work experience
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience in Contracts, Program Office, Operations, or Administration
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications with specific expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Communication savvy and skills that are effective with a wide variety of audiences (peers, senior leaders, customers, etc.)
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.

Desired Skills:
  • Expert working knowledge of our onsite MRP and shop floor control systems (PRISM, VM) and depot business processes
  • Long-term demonstrated experience in working with a depot repair team
  • Familiar with potential export situations and the related controls and requirements which exist in order to comply with Government regulations
