Raytheon IIS is seeking a talented individual for an on-site customer support position located in Northern Virginia to support the Sterling program. The Sterling program is based in Aurora, CO, has a customer support site located in Northern Virginia and is maintaining the software for a ground station. The position requires troubleshooting, problem resolution, Operations support, and exercise support. The individual selected must also support 24x7 on-call support with the existing site support staff. Travel to Colorado is required for training.
This position is contingent upon contract funding in early 2019.
