Position Title:

Environmental Engineer

Position Description/Job Responsibilities

Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Responsible for all services related to environmental input to engineering projects including permitting assistance, environmental impact studies, air, water and soil pollution mitigation system design, solid waste disposal system design.

Under general supervision, independently applies advanced engineering techniques, makes decisions on engineering problems and methods, and represents the organization in conferences to resolve important questions or to negotiate with key engineers and officials of other organizations. Job role is responsible for a measurable asset such as an assigned staff and budget. Skills are typically acquired through an undergraduate degree in Engineering and a minimum of 7 years related experience, with average experience ranging from 10

years.

Qualifications:

Requirements/Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Engineering.

Advanced degree in Environmental Engineering is considered a plus.

Minimum of 10 years related experience, with average experience ranging from 15- 20

years.

Certification as a Licensed/Chartered Professional Engineer is preferred.
