The lntegrated Program Management Analyst (lPMA) position is responsible for partnering with program leadership and control account managers to ensure program objectives are met on cost and schedule. This position requires the ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), as well as planning and financial analysis. This is a direct report to the Section Manager for the Product Line within the Program Planning and Support (PPS) Directorate and matrixed to the Program Team. This position will support the Program and will require the ability to assist with complex coordination between multiple entities to achieve program objectives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting in Earned Value Management (EVM) including Variance Analysis, quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) efforts, budgeting, baselining, proposal support, scope control, and communicating expectations in support of the program's Control Account Managers (CAMs) and Integrated Program Team (lPT) Leads. This position requires a dedicated individual who is able to lead and can be successful in a fast paced and demanding environment.
The candidate will work with varying levels of management across all functions within the Program and the Product Line. The individual will work on process improvements and the building of efficiencies into all aspects of the organization. Working closely with the CAM, the lPMA will manage program status and schedule meetings, maintain action items lists, perform meticulous follow-up to ensure actions are completed, and proactively coordinate across the program to help multiple program members develop an efficient program battle rhythm. This position is a strong foundation for a career in program management, planning, or EVM.
