As a Personnel Security Representative you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all security directives prescribed by the Government Security Office in support of the Raytheon State College Campus and affiliated sites. Responsibilities include processing security clearance actions, reinvestigation updates, initial submissions, polygraph requests, and suspensions and/or denials, while maintaining internal company databases for tracking of security action information. This position requires frequent interaction within and outside the parent organization providing information of importance to our Government customers and Raytheon Management of a sensitive nature. You will provide advice and assistance to Security Management on all matters that pertain to Personnel Security. The desired candidate should have knowledge of all security disciplines. Your work will be performed independent of direct supervision. You will represent the Personnel Security Department as a primary contact interacting with Hiring Managers and Program Management for the status of employee security processing. You must have an understanding and knowledge of the Intelligence Community Policy Guidance and NISPOM with the ability to apply these and other Government directives and regulations to overall duties and responsibilities.
