The Integration Management Office (IMO) provides strategic support to the enhancements of operations, processes, systems and integration activities in support of New GDIT. This position will work with the IMO VP, Functional IPT members and key leadership and stakeholders on strategic integration activities prioritized by the ELT. This role will require a dynamic, organized professional with strong quantitative, analytic, project management and written communications reflecting the engaging, positive, empowering culture at GDIT. The position will require interfacing with vendors, IT, business partners, and stakeholders. The incumbent will need to operate with a high-level of autonomy as the work is challenging, complex and strategic, and requires an experienced professional who can assist in driving execution and lead projects that are multi-faceted in nature.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing project plans and keeping up with tasks in program Integrated Master Schedule
  • Establishing and assuring adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements
  • Work with multi-disciplinary teams imparting broad business acumen to each assigned project
  • Leading key contributors to complete tasks and assisting with the removal of any barriers to prevent the project from getting off track
  • Capturing action items, managing action item closure
  • Reporting status of project ¬†achievements and challenges
  • Managing risk and mitigation of work stream specific issues
  • Assisting the IMO VP and Senior Leaders with any other project responsibilities



  • College Degree or equivalent experience and at least 15 years of progressive professional experience
  • 10+ years of experience in project management
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
  • Ability to multi-task and handle on a proactive basis, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment in order to maximize time-management and efficiencies
  • Demonstrated business acumen, problem solving skills, intellectual maturity, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador demonstrating through actions continuous learning, a positive outlook, a drive to make an impact and being accountable for results.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing an operations or support team
  • Ability to balance risk with business priorities and applies the appropriate sense of urgency to issues
  • Demonstrated success in a variety of jobs/roles in their work history
  • Ability to create and manage communications using a variety of media and forums
