Provide support to the Product Support Manager in development and implementation of comprehensive product support strategies for a major Army weapon system.

Develop ideas and guides their development into a final product.

Ensure appropriate cost analyses are documented to validate the product support strategy.

At the Product Support Manager’s direction review product support arrangements between the Product Support Integrators and Product Support Providers to ensure the arrangements are consistent with the overall product support strategies.

Synchronize and direct the execution of logistics operations between the Product Support Manager and the Product Support Integrators.

Support the Product Support Manager Life Cycle initiatives to ensure achievement of desired product support outcomes through development and implementation of appropriate product support arrangements.

Provide coordinated responses and assess for accuracy for senior management review.

Identify erroneous decisions or recommendations that would result in failure to achieve critical project objectives.

Develop and maintain administrative processes that reduce redundancy, improve accuracy and efficiency, and achieve organizational objectives.

Develop proposals in support of product procurements.

Help prioritize, schedule and oversee the receipt, tasking, tracking and closure of all internal and external assigned tasks for Senior Management.

Monitor progress on actions, generate metrics to demonstrate accountability for meeting deadlines and quality expectations; prepare periodic reports on action status and keep senior management aware of late, pending and new actions.

Develop and maintain an action status database.

Draft, proofread, edit and provide final review of internal and external correspondence.

Coordinate and manage Program Schedules for Senior Management Review.

Develop and maintain presentations.

Participate in internal committees, Integrated Process Team (IPT), working groups and task forces.

Manage records generated during the execution of the Directorates' projects and programs.

Qualifications:

BS/BA with 20

years of experience OR 24

Years of experience in lieu of a degree.

An active Secret Security Clearance is required.
