Raytheon IIS is seeking successful candidate to perform a wide variety of tasks relating to Logistics and Asset Management (LAM) program support. Program support includes incoming and outgoing of Government & Raytheon equipment, parts, materials and merchandise. Duties include receiving, shipping, property management and inventory/material control. Performs manual and/or clerical duties that will utilize computers involved in receipt or preparation of materials for shipment. Traces property to provide customers Raytheon’s property accountability. Calculates and records storage and other applicable charges. Performs a wide variety of planning, scheduling, coordinating and reporting tasks in support of the Manufacturing and Depot workflow. Coordinates and monitors property workflow, assisting in scheduling and prioritizing activities in assigned areas. Working from program/project status reports, work or delivery schedules, checks and verifies data, identifies items to be posted, identifies related areas that are affected and records information.
Analyzes and reconciles data. Determines and communicates impacts to affected individuals, and initiates and takes corrective action. Investigates inconsistencies including property and material. Determines and communicates impacts to affected individuals, and initiates and takes corrective action. Prepares reports and summaries for program requirements. Identifies important actions, items and actual or potential Property and Logistics problems and assists in developing team solutions.
The primary purpose of the Property work is to assist the Logistics Team Lead & Property Manager in reviewing, analyzing, and monitoring aspects of the Program compliant methodologies relating to the control of Government property. Work contributes to the accomplishment of program goals and objectives and protects the Government’s investment in contractor/grantee maintained and utilized property.
