SAIC has a contingent opportunity for a Logistics Analysis Manager. This position is contingent upon contract award and would be located in Sterling Heights, MI.
The Logistics Analysis Lead must be able to understand, develop, and execute life cycle and integrated product support (IPS) programs and processes of major systems. Specifically, the Logistics Analysis Lead must be familiar and have experience with:
Logistics Support Analysis (LSA),
Product Support Analysis (PSA),
Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis;
Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA);
Level of Repair Analysis (LORA);
Operator Task Analysis;
Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS);
Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and
Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
The applicant will be required to develop, participate and perform all of the aforementioned analyses in support Ground Combat Vehicle Programs. While conducting these analyses, the applicant will:
Manage development and refinement of provisioning data
Manage development and refinement of logistics support analysis records and reports
Assist with development of technical manuals and training materials The applicant will be required to utilize technical proficiency and experience in integrated logistical support for military ground combat vehicles to actively participate in various working groups.
The applicant is expected to work independently with limited to no supervision and will be required to supervise the performance of other personnel and projects.

Travel is estimated at approximately 10% of time.
Secret security clearance.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of related experience or Master’s degree and 13+ years of experience. Applicable experience of 23+ years may be substituted for degree requirements.
Experience and understanding of LSAR development and GEIA-STD-0007.
Experience in acquisition logistics for major Department of Defense program.
Experience with Raytheon EAGLE, MMIS, PowerLogJ, and COMPASS.
