A competitive salary between £50,000 – £60,000 – dependent on capability
As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus of up to 15% of your salary for stretch performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%. Business Services has been identified as a key organisational lever that will deliver better outcomes at lower cost points while allowing our entities to focus on their priorities. The Business Services Development team will be work with National Grid entities and functions to define, build, and transfer key business processes within Business Services. This role will be a key member of a small but influential team, building, growing, and being the key business partner between Business Services and National Grid functions and entities; with the expressed goals to deliver value adding propositions and enabling National Grid to be strategically agile.
