About the role

  • To manage the outsourcing contract with the service provider(s)
  • To support the Head of Support & Development and the Commercial Manager in the negotiation of the contract with the service provider(s)
  • To track and report contract performance through service level agreements (SLAs) with the service provider(s)
  • To identify and resolve contract performance and compliance issues
  • Contribute towards departmental and business-wide objectives through innovative contract design to promote cost reduction and performance enhancements
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance of the service provider(s) contract

About you

  • You will be skilled with contract negotiations with suppliers
  • Contract management (including enforcement of legal and regulatory terms & conditions)
  • Management of service delivery contract performance and compliance through SLAs
  • Strong track record of effectively influencing commercial deals/decisions
  • Proficient use of business systems and analytical tools
  • Business Services processes (specifically OTC, RTR, PTP & HR)
  • Membership of a professional body (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ICM, CPIM or CPM)
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
