F,P&A Manager (APAC)
Job Description Summary
The Financial Planning & Analysis (F,P&A) function is core in supporting the APAC leadership team with timely and relevant financial analysis for strategic business decisions.
In this diverse, yet highly visible role, you will be responsible for managing and consolidating financial information to Regional Management and Global Finance as well as business partnering with key service lines in providing support for financial analysis and planning / forecasting. This is an exciting time at Cushman & Wakefield having recently become a public company, so it is critical that the successful candidate is adaptive and can develop an in-depth understanding of the business operations to enable dynamic and value-add analysis on APAC’s financial performance.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Managing and consolidating the APAC regional monthly operation review process including commentary and insight into results and outlook for APAC leadership;
Managing and consolidating the APAC regional annual operating plan and 6+6 forecast including commentary and insight for APAC leadership;
Regional F,P&A Business Partner to local F,P&A and Controllership with meeting monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc financial information requests from Group including evaluation and follow up;
Regional F,P&A Business Partner to Business Support functions with quarterly performance reviews and forecast support;
Providing insight into ad hoc requests from APAC leadership and Global Finance such as brokerage margins, deep dive reviews, KPI's etc; and
Drive process improvements to streamline regional F,P&A processes.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess a university degree in Accountancy or Finance coupled with either CA or CPA qualification. Your seven plus years of experience in F,P&A, preferably with a multinational, highly matrixed organisation will be highly advantageous. You will also:
Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
Proven track record in providing commercially focused F,P&A advice
Self-starter, fast learner, confident and able to navigate a complex organization independently
Ability to identify and drive process improvements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong acumen with financial systems, prior experience in Hyperion / Essbase / JDE / Workday advantageous
Proficient/ advanced in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
