Job Description Summary
Marketing Specialist is a hands-on position that is responsible for the oversight and coordination of marketing services in support of real estate brokerage assignments, working closely with the brokerage team to help drive strategy and ensure seamless service delivery to our clients.
Job Description
Provide creative design and leadership over marketing deliverables, providing direction on layout, packing and production.
Responsible for production, coordination and development of marketing collateral, advertising, signage and new media.
Integrate written and artistic messages so that deliverable provides unified theme and compelling design.
Possess a knowledge of the real estate business that strategically enhances creative aspect of marketing materials.
Communicates and collaborates successfully with brokers and clients during the life cycle of an assignment so that he/she understands the project timeline and requirements.
Oversee work in support of project objectives, establishing appropriate prioritization of projects, and production. Develop quality control measures and ensure consistent, timely delivery of products and services.
Collaborate and design a variety of print and electronic marketing initiatives and deliverables, including custom marketing brochures, e-mail marketing, flyers, research reports, strategy maps and submarket aerials. Monitor workflow and manage the approval process.
Uphold the C&W brand and provide quality control based on company standards (proofreading, graphics standards, production management, etc.)
Experience in marketing role with management responsibilities in commercial real estate environment is a plus.
