Project Coordinator (Real Estate/Legal)
Job Description Summary
Responsible for supporting client Legal Operations and Real Estate Legal team in addition to project management support to both internal and client Project Managers or Directors for designated projects.
Essential functions and responsibilities
General correspondence and follow-up with third parties including sellers, landlords, title companies and outside counsel
Assist with all aspects of vendor invoice processing
Create and maintain a master vendor list, including data related to attorney rates, KPI’s, etc.
Assist Legal Operations Project Manager with the implementation of iManage document management system platform
Assist with all aspects of file management to support the Legal Department’s move to a mobile environment (i.e. scanning, sending files offsite, etc.)
Collect and catalog documentation associated with real estate transactions
Organize, preserve and maintain real estate documents that serve as key exhibits to Franchise Agreements
Process changes to contact information for Landlords and other parties associated
Maintain Lender information for SNDAs
General file management including initiating and managing project files
Produce and circulate monthly project reports
Enter and maintain data in TRIRIGA (a real estate database)
Track and distribute correspondence relative to outstanding legal issues impacting real estate transactions
Obtain signatures for real estate contracts and other various real estate documents
Maintain calendars and assist with arranging conference calls and appointments
Support and re-direction of inquiries/calls as necessary

A Bachelors’ degree with a major in Business Administration, Law, Operations, or Accounting preferred
2+ Years Commercial Real Estate preferred
