About the role
As a Senior Analyst you will be responsible for increasing Capital Market team efficiencies within Cushman & Wakefield whilst also completing financial analyse of new business opportunities and creation of clear summaries to enable senior management decision making.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Contribute to the development of key strategies and plans for the Capital Markets team by continually analysing and evaluating current systems and structures
Undertake analytical reviews of all Cushman & Wakefield Capital Market models to effectively capitalise on Cushman & Wakefield resources
Generate financial transaction modelling and undertake feasibility studies
Drive change by implementing revised methodologies and work practise recommendations
Management of data integrity within relevant Company systems
Engage with the Cushman & Wakefield Research team to identify market trends that may be capitalised upon
Sector evaluation of local markets
Collection and analyse of property and related data
Create and prepare presentations on behalf of the Capital Markets team for delivery to key clients and target tenants
Assist in preparing submissions for prospective key property appointments
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will also possess the following:
Degree in business, finance, commerce or related discipline preferred
Minimum 5+ years professional experience in either Management Accounting, Corporate Real Estate Finance or Finance Management
Corporate Real Estate industry experience highly regarded
Advanced MS Excel skills essential
Quantitative and analytical skills, and the capacity to provide recommendations for a range of complex issues
