Interested in joining us as a Strategic Weapon System Electronics Development Leader? If so, you will:

• Lead the development of an electronics package for the weapons system.

• Provide leadership on a fast paced team from requirements through development and production

• Be responsible to assure coordination between functional groups during the product development life cycle.

This team will be integral to all aspects of the electronics development on the vehicle.




You will typically have 10 or more years of professional experience for this role.

If selected, you will need to obtain a SECRET clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.

• A minimum of 10 years of electronics hardware design, development and test experience including circuit card Assembly electronics design experience (valve driver; modifying existing PATC and EMIU designs)

• Demonstrated experience with Avionics Architecture (physical / functional)

• Demonstrated experience with telemetry systems

• A minimum of 5 years of proven project leadership in electronics hardware design and development including product ownership responsibility for missile, space, or equivalent high reliability applications.

• Experience on a development program including generating detailed proposal cost and/or schedule estimates.
Desired Skills:
• Understanding of analog and digital circuit design and analysis
• Ability to interpret and create electrical schematics
• Experience with Test and Measurement Equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Aerospace experience
• Missile System design experience
• Supply chain technical oversight experience
• Demonstrated experience with electronics packaging
• Demonstrated excellent written and oral communications skills are required, with an ability to address diverse audiences, such as customer reviews, management meetings, etc.
