The Operations Program Manager (OPM) will be within the California Consolidated Manufacturing Center in El Segundo. You will be responsible for the execution of Production, Depot, and Upgrade contracts programs supported within the CA CMC. This role is responsible for the financial, schedule and technical performance of the programs, as well as proposal inputs and growth pursuits. As OPM, you will lead cross functional teams to reduce cost, improve quality, increase performance and reliability, and improve overall competitiveness of our product line. This position acts as a key customer contact on status and performance as well as anticipating and fulfilling customer needs to ensure Mission Assurance and continued business. The Operation Program Manager will report to the Radio Frequency Development Product Line Leader.

*Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 8 years manufacturing, program management or related experience
  • Manufacturing experience
  • CAM experience, EVMS certification
  • Experience in supervising and driving day-to-day activities of a cross-functional team to meet production and financial goals.
  • Customer interface experience
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations (verbal and/or written) to key stakeholders
  • Experience working with a Factory environment
  • Experience collaborating across functions (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Facilities, Security, etc.)
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance as of day one of employment.

Desired Skills:
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, team building, change management and team leadership experience and able to work with minimum direct supervision.
  • PM Certification
  • Supervisory / Managerial experience, including Bargaining Unit
  • Familiar with proposal process and directing a proposal team
