This position is for a part-time casual employment. As a part-time casual employee, employees will work under an on-call employment arrangement and a work schedule that is “as and when” required, with no guarantee of set hours or continuation of employment 35N Signal Intelligence Analyst Instructor.
Serves as a Training and Development Specialist for the Reserve Training Institute (RTI) of the 1st BDE (MI), 100th DIV (OS) at Fort Huachuca, AZ. Training and Development Specialists are primarily responsible for assisting the government in the formulation, teaching and training of curricula on the collection, analysis, reporting, and dissemination of Tactical and/or Strategic intelligence derived from all intelligence disciplines. These include the development, implementation, sustainment and instruction of lesson plans (LPs), practical exercises (PEs), training support packages (TSPs), pertinent documentation, courseware, curricula and other products related to the Program of Instruction (POI). The RTI conducts training in a fast-paced and extended hour’s environment. Courses typically run six days a week for 8-10 hours a day. Employee will work no more than 40 hours per week. Employee must be flexible to work where needed, including evenings and some weekend days.
The employee will be required to provide competent and doctrinally correct training, instruction, exercise development, and student evaluations regarding roles, responsibilities, and operations relevant to mid-career 35N SIGINT analysts. The employee will be required to provide instruction and course development in the gathering, sorting, and scanning intercepted messages to isolate valid intelligence, target identification, operational patterns, in addition to, maintenance of SIGINT and electronic order of battle (EOB) information. The employee will also participate in maintaining analytical working aids and databases, instruct students on the proper employment and maintenance of automated data processing for COMINT/ELINT collection, processing, and reporting
