Senior Electrical Engineer I responsible for design, analysis, simulation, test, and integration of Analog and Mixed Signal Integrated Circuits for Space & Airborne Systems. Must have experience in custom Integrated Circuit Design in CMOS, SiGe or other state-of-the-art semiconductor technologies. Must be capable of functioning in multi-disciplined design teams across multiple projects. Will work with team members to ensure program objectives are achieved.

The candidate is expected to work well on his or her own under technical and functional leaders. The applicant is expected to possess excellent skills in problem solving, written and verbal communication and organization.

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.

Required Skills:

  • Product design, analysis and test of Analog and Mixed Signal Circuits as evidenced by 6+ years of related work experience (Advanced EE degree can be substituted for 2 years of experience)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter with initiative and independent judgment
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at a time
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. DOD Secret Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.

Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge of IC design flows including analog, mixed-signal and digital ASIC design methodologies in support of System-on-Chip developments.
  • Experience with the latest Cadence and Mentor tools
  • Experience in product design, verification and implementation of circuit functions including voltage and current sources, ADC’s, DAC’s, PLLs and high speed digital circuits
Education:
  • Degree: BS required; MS/PHD preferred
  • Major: Electrical Engineering or similar technical degree
