This position is responsible for leading an SAS level campaign (strategically focused new business activity which is comprised of multiple related new business pursuits) growing new domestic and/or international business focusing on early Customer engagements in US and/or internationally. Responsible for gaining insights into the customer��s mission and capability needs and driving the internal organization to create discriminating solutions. The Capture Manager must demonstrate the ability to work across SAS Mission Areas as well as Enterprise-wide Businesses, product lines and functional areas to plan, coordinate and execute strategies that competitively position Raytheon’s solutions. Specific expectations for this role are: Aggressively identify, assess, and develop new business opportunities, and position new business resources to achieve growth objectives for pursuits that individually range from $100M - >$500M+ Conduct market analysis, develop strategies and lead execution of the strategy, in conjunction with the Product Line leader and Product Line BD Lead.
Develop and manage customer relationships at all levels; develop and execute customer engagement plans, evaluate customer relationships and adjust strategy as required
Develop and execute campaign and capture management plans including win strategies, competitive assessment, customer analysis, Price to Win and pricing strategies. Prepare and present capture phase gate reviews, ensure capture process discipline, and plan for a sound transition to program execution.
Develop and execute strategies for the releaseability, licensing and export of SAS solutions and products. Strategies will often require development unique or new approaches to gain USG releasibility for export followed by precedent-setting licensing.
In conjunction with Product Line Leaders, must create, analyze and articulate innovative solutions to militarily significant problems in support of both domestic and international opportunities that smartly leverage commonality of design and design for exportability to obtain most efficient and effective use of company investments and savvy mission area and business unit commonality strategies.

14 years of experience demonstrating progressive responsibility in all phases of business development from opportunity validation to capture
Proven ability to successfully manage large complex captures
Ability to translate mission needs into system solutions and provides advanced guidance for complex missions crossing multiple agencies.
Managing multi-disciplined matrixed teams
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment.
