Description:This position will report to the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) Program Finance team in Palmdale, CA supporting a multitude of program finance functions; including establishing / managing program Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB), analysis and reconciliation of actual costs, development of Estimates at Complete (EAC), and conducting Earned Value analysis and reporting. The candidate will also perform multiple financial cost analyses including cost allocation, controlling costs, and preparation of reports and contractual deliverables.
***Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business.
• Financial analysis skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.Familiarity with Systems, Applications, Products Software (SAP).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.Familiarity with Hyperion/Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.Experience in developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.Familiarity with cost systems similar to CostView, Cobra and wInsight.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment.
• DoD Secret clearance.
