Description:Act as the interview coordinator/on-boarder in support of RMS's Talent Acquisition team. Ensure candidate interview days are well planned for and coordinated, run smoothly, and adhere to our staffing process. Coordinate the completion of candidate background investigations and pre employment requirements. Responsible for the employee on-boarding process, including all written and verbal communication from a candidate's acceptance through the report-to-work date as well as the HR Functional Coordinator duties. Maintain staffing files, incoming and outgoing correspondence, telephone calls, including handling of sensitive and proprietary information, travel and other activities, as needed. Responsible for typing reports and correspondence, ensuring the correctness of format, spelling, punctuation, grammar, etc. Provide event planning support for Staffing and other related initiatives including internship program support. Facilitate on site and virtual New Employee Orientation sessions. Qualified candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be a team-player, and have the ability to multi-task. Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of LMPeople and LMCareers is preferred.
