The identified positions provide support to the Virginia IT Agency (VITA) and its customers through the Transition Assist Program. Areas of performance include (but are not limited to) the following IT service areas: help desk; voice and video telecommunications; servers, storage, and data centers; desktop computing services; data networks; network operations center; security services; security operations center; project management office (PMO); disaster recovery; internal application services; identity management; change management; release management; work request management; invoicing, billing, and business management; it service management system administration; enterprise architecture; quality; and facility management.
